Meet the Team
Mark Kennedy CSI, CDT
Mark is a graduate of Drexel University with a BS in Commerce and Engineering. He has been selling in the construction industry for 25 years with an emphasis on specification-driven products. Mark is active in many industry trade organizations including AIA/BEC, CSI, ACI and ICRI and has held a number of officer and board member positions in CSI.
Jim Harduk CSI, CCPR
Jim is a graduate of The Richard Stockton College of NJ with a BA in Sales & Marketing. He has been selling in the construction industry for over 20 years and previously worked as a Superintendent and Project Manager for a construction firm. Jim is an active member of CSI and previously served as Treasurer for the Philadelphia Chapter.
Debbie Sterling
Debbie has over 20 years of experience in customer service, office administration, sales and marketing with Construction Sales Group. Debbie has tremendous technical aptitude to handle the intricacies of the products we represent and the complex duties of Office Manager in the fast-paced environment of commercial construction.
Anthony Londono
Anthony is a graduate of Towson University and has over 18 years of experience in commercial construction sales. He has worked across all facets of the industry, from specification and subcontractor support to assisting architects and engineers with design-build projects. Anthony has actively collaborated with General Contractors, Construction Managers, Subcontractors, Distributors, Architects, Engineers, and Façade Consultants.
